Facebook Sponsored Posts Kick Off On Mobile

Kit Kat Canada launched it's Sponsored Post ad to  get more fan page likes on facebook. I've managed to grab a screenshot from my iPhone here that shows that they've promoted the fan page using stories of friends who already like  Kit Kat. There are about 6.6 million smartphone mobile users in Canada and that number is increasing quite fast.

Did you know that you're facebook post only reaches 10% of your fans or less?

Facebook's promotod posts allows your page's post to reach more than 10% of its fans. Here's a post from one of the pages I manage that has 56,000 fans.

Thousands of companies are now using Offerpop to grow fans and repeat customers and here are a few good cases

How Can My Posts Live Longer on the News Feed?

Are you a facebook fan page admin and your posts get lost in the mix? Do your posts stay in the "Top News" feed on the home page?

Here's a tip, post when the traffic is high, usually people are infront of their computers during the evening. So I suggest you post twice one during the day and once during the evening.

Another thing is; have you considered the different time zones of your fans? check your fan page's insights and allocate posts according to the different time zones.
Cheers,
Moe Kamal, Jr.
